Are your sessions in person or by phone?
I do offer in-house appointments if required for those visiting or living in my area, however the majority of my sessions are offered remotely via phone, Skype or email.
How do I book and pay for a session?
How many sessions will I need?
It really depends on the individual situation that needs attention.
If you are wanting a specific issue to be worked through then weekly sessions are recommended, however if you want to keep your energy in balance and remove any issues as they arise then a monthly session is also adequate.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
To avoid any penalties, cancellations need to be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and a new appointment to be rescheduled at that time.
Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will not be refunded but you will have the option to reschedule your appointment for another time within that week (if there are bookings available).
This applies one time only i.e. you cannot re-book your appointment and cancel again. If you cannot attend your second appointment then you will forfeit the fee for that session and no refunds will be given.
I've changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Provided your change of mind occurs outside of our 48 hour cancellation policy, then a full refund will be given.
Can I buy a gift voucher for someone else?
Yes you can. To purchase a gift voucher please follow the procedures listed at the bottom of the BOOK NOW page.
Once you have purchased the gift voucher you will receive an email from me including a beautifully designed e-voucher for you to print out and gift to the recipient.
Please allow 24 hours processing time for all gift voucher purchases.
